Caramoor Wedding - Westchester Wedding Photography

Katonah, NY, nice to meet you. Emily & Matt’s Caramoor wedding up in Westchester, New York was on point. I’m still unsure how the Sunken Garden ceremony location was real life? I know I have the photos to prove it but still. I absolutely love documenting Westchester weddings and theirs was no different. You’re always dealing with the perfect amount of natural beauty and amazing architecture. The Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts doesn’t exactly sound like a perfect place to hold a wedding but that’s just what it is. Perfect. Want some nature? Check. Want a ceremony location that looks like it belongs in some kind of Aztec discovery? Double check.

Emily & Matt’s wedding was a day full of forest adventures and an emotional first look that I’m pretty sure blew Matt’s mind. How can you not love a guy’s reaction like that to seeing his soon-to-be bride? To top this love fest off, their dog made an appearance while doing their portraits and I’m pretty sure his mind was blown as well. All he wanted to do was jump up on Emily’s dress to greet her and all they wanted for him not to do was jump on her dress. It was a wildly awesome scene. Dogs, am I right?
