Blue Hill at Stone Barns Wedding - Hudson Valley Wedding Photographers

Stephanie & Mike’s Blue Hill at Stone Barns wedding was one for the books. Not only for the beauty of the property, their tangible connection or wild dance party that ensued but also because the real feel temperature was close to 105 degrees. Yes, a face melting 105 degrees. Obviously the temperatures every couple dreams of (#sarcasm) but nevertheless, I was proud of them. Suppressive heat like that could easily negatively affect anyone’s mood, even on a day of this magnitude but it didn’t. They gave me all the time I wanted to take advantage of the Hudson Valley surroundings for their portraits, which seriously paid off. Whenever a couple is this at ease in front of the camera, their love resonates and it’s almost like using cheat codes.

Regardless, their wedding day was magic filled will so many awesome candid moments which pieced together a wonderful love story. Blue Hill is a stunning property also known for serving up delicious food and that’s pretty much all you need in a location. Emotions ran high all day long which is just how I like it. Also, there were swords so there’s that. Because it deserves a third mention. THE HEAT. Never forget.
